Putin converts Russia’s black gold into gold bullion like a boss!

By Marcus Brooks

When Russia’s strong man Vladimir Putin says that America is putting the entire world economy at risk by printing money he’s totally serious about it. I got to say Putin is the ultimate gold bug, what the hell I’ll just say it.”Putin is Gold Finger on steroids”.

Not only has Putin made Russia the world’s number one oil producer, he’s also made it the biggest gold bullion purchaser hands down. The Russian central bank has added a staggering 570 metric tons of the metal over the past ten years or so, that’s a quarter more than China, according to IMF data compiled by Bloomberg. Furthermore the added gold is also almost three times the entire weight of the Statue of Liberty.

According to Evgeny Fedorov, a senior legislator in the United Russia party, “The more gold a country has the more sovereignty it will have if there’s a cataclysm with the dollar, the euro, the pound or any other reserve currency.”

This has got ultimately send a devastating blow to the IMF and the World Bank, because Russia has the ability to bailout countries like Cyprus for both political and military influence, so take that to the bank Christine Legarde.

Russia’s long term strategy is going to be  working with the Chinese and the SCO (Shanghai Co-Operation Organisation) in bringing about the end of the US Dollar as a reserve currency.

Remember folks governments can print money, if governments could they would try and get a team of alchemists to turn lead into gold but thus so far they haven’t had much success and I’m including King Arthur and Merlin the magician on my list. So by now people should ultimately understand that the world de facto currencies are gold and silver.

Keep stacking folks!

  1. I know that gold hasn’t been one of the most stable investments lately, but it still has apperciated about 500% since 2001.

  2. I don’t think that with the way the dollar index is fluxuating that it is unreasonable to think that gold will rise to 1,350 an ounce or even 1,400.

  3. Russian President Vladimir Putin is calling on rebels in eastern Ukraine to stop advancing, is akin to General Eisenhower asking General Patton to stop advancing.
